Officers elected for 2018
All officers were returned unopposed at last nights convention held in Hotel Kilmore except for three new officers elected (all unopposed). Phil Smith (Butlersbridge) was elected as President with outgoing President Peter Brady returning to Vice-President for 2018. Tom Boylan (Ballyhaise) was also elected as a Vice-President.
Martin McGovern (Killinkere) replaces Jody Clarke as Coaching Officer who has completed five years in the role. We thank Jody for his superb contribution to the executive and board over the last five years. He brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role and we wish him all the best and know that he won’t be lost to GAA in Cavan. We wish Martin and indeed all officers every success in their roles in 2018.
