The Best Is Yet To Come – Alan O’Mara Book Signing
Cavan GAA goalkeeper and a member of our county panel, Alan O’Mara has courageously spoken out over his battle with depression that lead him to contemplate taking his own life. On September 1st his first book, “The Best Is Yet To Come”, was published and enormous credit is due to Alan.
This book will undoubtedly have a huge impact on young people within and outside the GAA community who are suffering from the same issues he did.
We look forward to meeting Alan in Eason’s Cavan, this Saturday September 10th, 12:30p.m. and we would like the support of you and your club. We hope to see you there.
